New Patient Process

Establishing Care

Establishing care with a naturopathic doctor involves several key steps. First, prospective patients can schedule a free 15-minute consult to discuss health concerns and goals. This appointment ensures that the doctor and the patient are a good fit for each other, meaning that the patient will benefit from the services offered by Wellspring.

If a patient decides to establish care, Wellspring will schedule the initial “New Patient Intake” with the doctor. This visit entails a thorough assessment, which may include labs, diagnostic tests, physical exams, and review of medical records to evaluate the patient's health.

Based on the findings, the doctor will develop a personalized treatment plan. This may include hormone therapy, dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes, supplements, medications, IV therapy, peptides, or other natural therapies.

Ongoing follow-up appointments allow for adjustments to the treatment plan and continuous support in achieving optimal health. This collaborative process fosters a strong doctor-patient relationship focused on holistic well-being.

Insurance/Cash pay

We do not accept insurance, however:
We can bill your insurance company for labs. There is no guarantee of coverage, as each plan is different. If you are concerned about what you will be responsible for paying, you should check with your insurance company prior to having labs completed. It is not our responsibility to determine coverage, and we are not responsible for charges accrued through insurance.

We can provide you with a superbill of all charges that you can submit to insurance to potentially be reimbursed or have the amount go towards deductibles. We cannot guarantee that your insurance company will cover the cost of your visits or labs. You are responsible for being aware of the medical services covered by your insurance policy, and you are ultimately responsible for the cost of your care.
