If you show any of these signs, you will benefit from massage therapy:
Traditional massage is the manipulation of tissues and muscles and designed to release muscle tension, which can help with pain. The pressure is significantly more than that used in lymphatic treatments.
Lymphatic treatments are used to reduce swelling, pain, and boost the immune system. The pressure is very light and is not designed to relieve muscle tension. For more information on lymphatic therapy, check out our page on Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatments.

Three treatments in the first week after your procedure, 2-3 treatments in the weeks following as you heal.
If you received a lipo 360, lipo 360 with transfer, or lipo 360 with add on area, each session should be scheduled for 50 minutes.
If you received only a smaller area such as chin or arms, you can schedule a 20 minute treatment.

I’m Michelle, and I have been a massage therapist for five years. I graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in 2018. I specialize in deep tissue, sports/injury, trigger point, and manual lymphatic drainage. Outside of Wellspring, I am currently going to school to further my education in counseling and psychology and hope to help those struggling with eating disorders in the future.
Greetings! My name is Adrienne Alexander, and I am a
licensed massage therapist, polarity practitioner, and general big sister to
all who need a supportive safe space with intention for healing. I spent 15 beautiful
years growing my family and serving the Phoenix community as a Montessori
educator. I earned my licensure from the Southwest Institute of the Healing
Arts, and now I have the joy of serving as a massage therapist. Bodywork is my
passion and obsession, to say the least. I center my intentions from a place of
unconditional love and non-judgment. I believe we all deserve to heal in our
own unique ways; I love tailoring sessions to suit the individual needs of the
client. Everyone gets what they need, and something a little different! Also, I
love crystals.
